Altman Architects is a full service professional Architectural Design Firm specializing
in the design and construction administration of both Public and Private Projects.
This web site contains only a few examples of our team’s current and past projects
and illustrates our extensive capabilities in the field of Public and Private Architecture.
With more than 20 years of experience, Altman Architects has supported numerous
Clients in their endeavor to renovate and construct new Municipal Facilities, Public
Schools, Security Facilities, Public Safety Facilities, Houses of Worship, Recreational
Facilities, Retail Centers, Offices, Homes and Apartments. The Scope of Design Services
provided by our team of Designers and Engineers includes everything from Concept
Design and Planning, through Construction Bidding and Final Construction Completion.
We often provide our clients with specialized services to study and survey existing
building envelope and building site problems as well as provide feasibility studies,
estimating, site planning and space planning. All projects, regardless of size,
extent and type of construction; require careful attention to detail, and the strict
compliance with the Client’s schedule, budget and the most current building safety
and handicap accessibility codes.
All of our projects are developed in close coordination between you the Client and
our team of professional Designers and Engineers. Altman Architects is fully insured
and pre-qualified by many State agencies for public Municipal and Institutional
projects throughout the State of New Jersey and New York. We currently maintain
all pre-qualifications and classifications as experts in ADA Compliance and Historic
Preservation.
